Biography

Stella Park is a trained, experienced, and dedicated mediator. Ms. Park received her B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley in 1987. She graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1990 and began practicing commercial litigation personal injury law. In 2001, she began her educational career and received a master’s degree in education at UC Irvine. She taught at various public schools in Southern California. In 2007, she returned to law practice and expanded her practice to Nevada after passing the State of Nevada Bar. She represented various financial institutions, real estate developers, and textile and clothing manufacturing companies. In 2011, she received her Mediator Certification. She began her mediation work as a court-appointed mediator, and in 2012, she started her private mediation firm. Since 2012, she has conducted over 600 meditations. In 2013, she opened her own law firm. She is currently a partner in a boutique law firm of Park & Zheng in South Orange County. She enjoys travelling with her family. She is a yogi, fine wine collector, golfer, and painter.

Biography

As a well-respected and sought-after litigation attorney, Maria M. Rullo is recognized for her achievements over the last 44 years of practicing in Southern California. Maria also specializes in transactional matters with over 15 years as General Counsel. Currently, Maria serves as “Of Counsel” for Fitzgerald Kreditor Bolduc Risbrough LLP, handling employment practices, personal injury, and commercial and eminent domain cases.

Maria began her legal career in Health Care Law representing hospitals and medical group practices across the country in license and compliance issues. She served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for a major health care system before moving full time into litigation, specializing in Insurance Bad Faith defense with the firm of Hill, Genson, Even Crandall and Wade. After 11 years with the Hill Genson firm, Maria was asked by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange to serve as its Human Resources Director, and then General Counsel, where she was responsible for the oversight and management of all legal transactions for the Diocese-owned 59 parish churches, 49 elementary schools, 3 high schools, the Diocese Pastoral Center, Cathedral Complex and a planned Senior and Assisted Living Community as well.
