As a litigator, Ms. Park has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Initially, she represented Plaintiffs in personal injury cases. More recently, she has served as legal counsel to numerous companies; representing them in employment and labor matters, and preparing and negotiating contracts, real estate lease and purchase, and equipment lease and purchase transactions. She has successfully defended multi-million-dollar wage and hour class action lawsuits, and has defended individual and companies in FEHA discrimination and disability cases. She has also litigated trade mark and trade secret cases, one of which was ultimately heard by the Supreme Court of the United States. Her legal experience also includes representing banks and financial institutions and small businesses.
“My role as a mediator is to build trust with litigants and the lawyers so that they will spend the time allowing me to listen and learn and strategize and discuss the case with them to get the case resolved. This is a privilege I work hard to earn at each session.”
