As a litigator, Ms. Park has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Initially, she represented Plaintiffs in personal injury cases. More recently, she has served as legal counsel to numerous companies, representing them in employment and labor matters, and preparing and negotiating contracts, real estate leases and purchases, and equipment lease and purchase transactions. She has successfully defended multi-million-dollar wage and hour class action lawsuits and has defended individuals and companies in FEHA discrimination and disability cases. She has also litigated trademark and trade secret cases, one of which was ultimately heard by the Supreme Court of the United States. Her legal experience also includes representing banks, financial institutions, and small businesses.
